Well mine start when i was in high school i got it only on my eylids. We have a family history of it my mother, her sister all her kids. Then it dissapear for a couple of years.

Then about 5 years ago it flair up again but not on my face but on my legs. It has gotten so bad and itch so much i don't where shorts or dresses anymore only long pants to cover up. Well at least i can cover it up and i am lucky its not in my face.

I have use several creams over the years. Some was suppose to be better for your skin as the steriod type but i found it was not really affective. I have been using a cream now that has been effective. Get rid of all soaps with perfums that seems to make matters worse and the same with deodorant. I have some other allergies as well but not always possible to avoid. I am also on some anti-histamines everyday i get really bad hayfever as well.

Winter time and places where the air is very dry makes it worse but lucky i live by the sea so that helps. I just have to look at myself that i don't get sick with the flu because that is not doing the excema any good if my system is off then it seems to flair up alot.

But i must say at the moment i am doing ok looks like its under control for the last 3 months i did not have a flair up. But i know with these things it comes and goes.
