As a young child I had no history of eczema or any skin problems, only a short case of hives when I was about 9 or 10.
My first outbreak happened when I was 20 years old at the end of October 2006. I thought it was a spider bite. But one month later the “bite” was the size of a half dollar and never stopped itching or oozing. I went to five different doctors but none of them could do me any good, other than shove steroids and prescriptions in my face. By the end of winter in 2007 every appendage (both of my arms, legs, and some small patches on my back) were covered in eczema and I had a staff infection on my ears. I was loosing hope of ever recovering. I sought out my last hope, Dr. Fenske of Middleton, Wisconsin her office being just a little over a half hour from my home town. Her holistic medicine was the turning point in my battle over eczema and I have never looked back since! Over the course of a year I detoxified and dieted my way back to perfect health, now I am 22 and I have been eczema free for four months!
